Refund policy

DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR ITEMS — THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ITEMS PURCHASED.


IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR ITEMS ARRIVE DAMAGED, WE WILL REPLACE
YOUR ORDER WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE PURCHASE DATE.


I GAVE AN INCORRECT ADDRESS; CAN I GET A REFUND?


Unfortunately. if you entered an incorrect shipping address at checkout, we would not accept responsibility for accumulated costs associated with shipping. Once reshipping costs have been paid for, we will be able to reship your order. However, this can be avoided; if you notice the mistake before your order is processed, we will be able to update the order with your correct address.


MY PACKAGE IS MISSING, WHAT SHOULD I DO?


All packages are shipped with DHL. Missing package claims will not be honoured if DHL confirms delivery of your package, meaning we will not issue a refund. Please contact DHL for other related queries and we will try to assist you as much as possible.
